Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. KIPP does not provide complimentary return shipping for change-of-mind purchases.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured courier service. Returned products remain the customer's responsibility until they have been safely received by KIPP. KIPP cannot accept responsibility for products that are lost or damaged during return transit.

If your original order qualified for free delivery, no outbound shipping charge will be retrospectively deducted from your refund. If an original delivery fee was paid, that delivery fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Where KIPP has supplied an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, KIPP will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
