Warranty

Each KIPP Hardware product is manufactured with precision and designed for durability. KIPP Hardware provides a 12 months warranty from the original date of purchase.

Warranty coverage:

• Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended application
  
• Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective items at KIPP’s discretion.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, abrasions, discolouration, or fading)
  
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  
• Improper installation or installation by unqualified personnel
  
• Unauthorised modification, repair, or alteration of the product
  
• Exposure to harsh, corrosive, or unsuitable environmental conditions, including excessive humidity, chemicals, or coastal environments where not specified for use.
